Un año más, apostamos por la buena gastronomía en el chiringuito Milolas. Nos gusta potenciar el sabor del mediterráneo y, por ello, contamos con productos de temporada y locales. Una de nuestras novedades y que, además, encaja perfectamente en este concepto gastronómico, es la cerveza artesanal Espiga, pero además tenemos nuevos platos en nuestra carta. Sólo nos queda que los vengáis a probar mientras escucháis el sonido de las olas…
Platos vegetarianos
Este año hemos ampliado nuestra oferta gastronómica con más platos vegetarianos, como la nueva hamburguesa vegetariana 100%, hecha de Seitán, hortalizas, lechuga y hummus, perfecta para combinar con nuestros tacos veganos, hechos con pimiento rojo y verde, cebolla morada, cilantro y guacamole.
Por supuesto, tenéis una amplia gama de ensaladas sin carne, como la griega y la Mil Olas, así que, si tu opción alimentaria es vegana o vegetariana, ya no tienes excusa para venir a disfrutar de un magnífico atardecer acompañado de uno de tus platos favoritos.
Bocadillos en Milolas
En nuestra carta no pueden faltar también los bocadillos, nos gusta crear combinaciones diferentes y creativas, como nuestro bocadillo vegano “El Residencial” hecho con pan de coca de cristal del Maresme y escalibada con queso de cabra, o nuestros nuevos “Pita Tandori” que te va a sorprender no solo por su sabor sino también por su aspecto, y por supuesto “El Cubanito” con pan de hamburguesa, cerdo ahumado cocinado a baja temperatura y ensalada coleslaw.
También ponemos a vuestra disposición bocadillos fríos que saciarán el apetito a media mañana, “El Sibarita” con los productos más exquisitos de nuestra gastronomía, jamón ibérico de bellota y aceite de oliva virgen extra.
Ya sabéis, venid a Milolas en la Platja de Sant Joan de Montgat y disfrutad de grandes platos que os harán pasar un día perfecto en la playa. No os perdáis nuestros cócteles estrella, como el Spritz o nuestro Coconut Chilli Mojito, con sirope de coco y Malibú y un toque de chilli rojo.
